Rolabee Green Space

Robalee Green Space is a pedestrian walkway in the Goldstream neighborhood of Langford, B.C. This thirty meter long gravel pathway connects to the green space of the Willway Elementary School near the playground south west of the building. The walkway starts in Robalee Place and is bordered by fences of the homes on either side. Willway Elementary School Green Space, Santana Green Space, Harlequin Park, Cresside Park, Humpback Green Space, Goldstream Provincial Park and Lakehurst Green Space are nearby.

Robalee Green Space can be reached from the Trans Canada Highway also called Hwy1. Turn at the West Sshore Parkway and make a right onto Amy Road to pass the gas station. Continue along Amy Road which merges with Sooke Lake Road. Turn left onto Humpback Road and then left onto Lakehurst Drive. Take the first right onto Robalee Place and look for the pathway between homes 2966 and 2957. There is limited roadside parking this area.

Citation Green Space

Citation Green Space is along the gated paved section of Citation Road in Langford, B.C. The seventy meter long pathway is frequented by dog walking, hikers and walkers as it connects with McCallum Road. Blackberries are found along the border of this green space which also has a small Douglas fir tree forest to the south. There are arbutus trees, ocean spray and snow berry shrubs found near this green space. Cavalcade Green Space, Cavalcade Park and Florence Lake – Strachan Trail are nearby.

Citation Green Space can be reached from the Trans Canada Highway also called Hwy1. Turn at Savory Road/Brock Road Exit and follow the road to curve eastward around Florence lake. Turn right onto Citation Road and look for the fire road at the junction with Secretariat Way. There is limited roadside parking this area.

Nicklaus Rockhampton Green Space

Nicklaus Rockhampton Green Space is a seventy-five meter long pedestrian access between two roads. Located in the Bear Mountain neighborhood of Langford, B.C., the concrete foot path leads to the small playground called Rockhampton Park. The pathway connects to trails in Nature’s Gate Park which lies across Nicklaus Drive. Rockhampton Park and Nicklaus Park are nearby.

Nicklaus Rockhampton Green Space can be reached from the Trans Canada Highway also called Hwy1. Turn at Millstream Road and turn left onto Bear Mountain Parkway. Continue along BMP to reach Nicklaus Drive. Turn onto Nicklaus Drive and continue along and look for pathway on the right as the road continues to climb. There is limited roadside parking this area.

Thetis Vale Green Space

Thetis Vale Green Space is landscaped grass covered area near Chilco Park in View Royal, B.C. A concrete sidewalk curves through the grass beside Chilco Road which lies on the southside of the green space. The green space is divided by the quiet street named Thetis Vale Crescent; this name also applies to the neighborhood. There is a bench near the mail boxes in this green space. The park has several trees including birch and maple trees. Parson’s Bridge Park, Burchill Park, Mellor Park, Garry Oak Meadows Park, Jalan Park, Atkin Road Green Space, the Galloping Goose Trail and Trans Canada Trail as well as Thetis Lake Park are nearby. Thetis Vale Green Space is part of Nursery Hill Trail Loop described by the Town of View Royal.

Thetis Vale Green Space can be accessed from the Trans Canada Highway, Hwy1. Exit onto the Island Highway and turn right onto Six Mile Road. Turn left onto Chilco Road, which is just past the overpass for the Galloping Goose Trail. Turn right onto Thetis Vale Crescent and look for the pedestrian access between homes 109 and 111.There is limited roadside parking along Chilco Road and Thetis Vale Crescent. City buses travel along Six Mile Road and Atkins Road.

Shoreline Drive Green Space

Shoreline Drive Green Space consists of fifty meter long pathway from Shoreline Drive allows access to Craigflower House Green Space. The pathway is between two homes and is a rough concrete and gravel trail. There is a gate at the entrance to Craigflower House. Shoreline Community Middle School Green Space, Portage Park and Shoreline – Craigowan Green Space area nearby.

Shoreline Drive Green Space can be reached from the Trans Canada Highway (Hwy 1). Turn south onto Admirals Road (McKenzie Avenue is north from this intersection). Stay on Admirals Road and cross over the Craigflower Bridge, at which point the road names changes to Craigflower Road. Turn right onto the Island Highway. Take the next right onto Shoreline Drive and look for parking along the roadway. The pathway is between homes 2709 and 2713. City buses travel along the Island Highway, Craigflower Road and Admirals Road.
