Harlequin Park

Harlequin Park Goldstream 2

Harlequin Park is a steep sloped nature park in the Goldstream neighborhood of Langford, B.C. Bordering along the E&N Railway line that extended from Victoria, B.C. to Nanaimo, B.C., this park also borders along Humpback Road and several private properties. While there are several ways to access the parkland, its steep slopes make it relatively difficult to enjoy a stroll through the Garry oak and big leaf maple forest. Cressida Park, Humpback Road Park, Sooke Lake Road Trail, Turner’s Bog Park, Gold Stream Provincial Park, Mt Wells Regional Park, Goldstream Meadows Park, Langford Lake Park and several green spaces are nearby.

Geographic location N48° 27’16” W123°33’9”

Harlequin Park can be reached from the Trans Canada Highway also called Hwy1. Turn at the West Shore Parkway and make a right onto Amy Road to pass the gas station. Continue along Amy Road which merges with Sooke Lake Road. Turn left onto Humpback Road and look for the park to the left just before crossing the railway track. There is limited roadside parking this area.
