Peacock Place access trail to TLP

A rough dirt foot path heads north to Thetis Lake Park from the cul-de-sac on Peacock Place. The dirt trail passes between two arbutus trees and onto a ridge trail. This narrow pathway connects to the Swamp Bypass Trail of Thetis Lake Park and to Bellamy Trail. Kestrel Reson Green Space, Bellamy Park, Peacock Place Green Space, Goldie Park , Millstream Creek Trail and Gourman Park are nearby. No peacocks lived in this area as far as I could tell.

Geographic location N48° 27’17” W123°29’36”

Peacock Place Park can be reached from the Trans Canada Highway also called Hwy1. Turn at Millstream Road and turn on Treanor Avenue which is at the log house pub. Take the second right onto Bellamy Road and continue up the steep hill. At Gourman Place turn left and then take the first right onto Peacock Place. Continue to the end of the road where there is limited parking in the turnabout. City buses travel along Bellamy Road and Phelps Avenue.
