In celebration of its centennial anniversary in Victoria, B.C., the Rotary Club developed a welcome garden near Odgen Point Park and Breakwater. There is a brick walkway and viewpoint with several benches that looks the cruise ship berths and Ogden Point Park. The garden has a couple of towering Garry Oak trees and tiered flower beds. A couple benches are found here near the commemorative plaques and flag poles. This garden is along the David Foster Walkway which is part of the Trans Canada Walkway. The garden is located near Ogden Point Park and Walkway, Holland Point Park, MacDonald Park, Earnest Todd Park, James Bay Community School Green Space, Todd Park, Fisherman’s Wharf Park and James Bay Allotment Garden. The garden is along the David Foster Walkway and the Trans Canada Trail.

Rotary International Welcome Garden can be reached Blanchard Street. Blanchard Street curves to become Belleville Street then reaches Douglas Street. Turn left onto Douglas Street and follow along to Dallas Road. Turn right onto Dallas Road and look for the breakwater near the cruise ship port facility. The garden is located on the corner of Dallas Road and Montreal Street. There is limited street parking and an ample parking area near Ogden Point. City buses travel along Dallas Road into this area of James bay from downtown Victoria.
