This popular site for tennis is partially shaded by black locust and plum trees along Montreal and Niagara Streets. There are three courts with a few of benches along the perimeter chain link fence. A narrow strip of grass surrounds the courts. Ernest Todd Park is across Montreal Street and MacDonald Park is half a block further. James Bay Community Gardens are a few meters north along Montreal Street and Ogden Point Park is to the south.

Todd Park can be reached from Blanchard Street. Stay on Blanchard Street as it curves to become Belleville Street. Follow Belleville Street to reach Montreal Street. Turn left and look for the park on the corner of Montreal and Niagara Streets. There is limited roadside parking. City buses travel along Oswego Street in the James Bay area of Victoria, B.C.
