The house is located next to Point Ellice, a small promontory that supports the Ellice Point bridge for Bay Street. The property and grounds were developed over a hundred and fifty-three years ago by the O’Reilly family who lived here with their three children. Today the garden is tended by volunteers and contains many heritage trees, shrubs and flowers. The Victoria Harbour Ferry stops at Point Ellice dock and can be a great way to extend your walk in your backyard along the Victoria Harbour waterway.
