Surrounded by residential homes, the green space at the watery end of Norris Road provides access to the cobble and sandy shores Saanich Inlet. The short fifteen meter trail to the long concrete and rock staircase provides good access to a south facing beach. This area can be a popular place for people of all ages as the rocks and water get warm during the summer and make it terrific for swimming. The view is across the waters of Saanich Inlet toward Mill Bay and Cherry Point on Vancouver Island. This viewpoint of the Salish Sea make this a lovely place to start a walk around the neighborhood of Deep Cove in North Saanich. Towner Road Green Space and Trail is a few meters along Madrona Drive to the south.
